Donations made through our Site are processed by a third-party payment processor. By submitting a donation, you represent that you are the authorized account holder and that the payment information you provide is accurate. Autism Rising, LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.

4. Event Registrations

By registering for an event through our Site, you agree to abide by all event policies, including any venue rules, codes of conduct, and health and safety requirements communicated prior to or at the event. Autism Rising reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates these standards.

Photography and video recording may occur at our events. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in materials related to Autism Rising's programs and promotions, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

5. Merchandise

All merchandise sales are subject to applicable Georgia sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; however, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or current.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those websites or their content. Autism Rising is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autism Rising, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Autism Rising, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
