Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all financial transactions processed through www.autismrising.org, including online donations, event ticket purchases, and merchandise orders. By completing a transaction on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Donations
Autism Rising, LLC is a mission-driven organization, and all donations are used to support our programs and services. As such, donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.
However, we understand that errors occur. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may issue a full or partial refund. Refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days will not be considered.
Please note that Autism Rising, LLC does not provide tax advice. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of any donated amounts.
2. Event Tickets
Refund eligibility for event ticket purchases is as follows:

Requests submitted fourteen (14) or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

Requests submitted between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days prior to the event date will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund.

Requests submitted fewer than seven (7) days before the event date are non-refundable.
If Autism Rising cancels or significantly reschedules an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Ticket transfers to another individual may be permitted at our discretion. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a transfer.
3. Merchandise
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our error.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
4. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Changes to This Policy
Autism Rising, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
